About Sally

Sally Struever is a graphic designer by training with a broad range of interests and experience. She graduated in 2002 with a BA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design. Since then she has been putting her design skills and enthusiasm to use as a freelance designer, independent book publisher, artistic collaborator, real estate developer, volunteer extraordinaire, and now retail shop owner (check out our shop Eli Phant in Portland Maine, and online!).

In 2006, she moved to Portland Maine with her soon-to-be husband Peter Eiermann, and together they started Port City Studios as a way to use their combined expertise in design and project management to help individuals and businesses manage complex (and not-so-complex) design-related projects like websites, branding, signage and wayfinding system design, and some marketing projects. Peter has since moved on to other endeavors, and Port City Studios lives on as a graphic design and marketing firm. Sally is the primary designer and project manager for all current Port City Studios projects.
